 A child’s role in life is to play and interact with other children. Our pediatric occupational therapists evaluate a child’s current skills related to play, school performance, and daily activities and compare them with what is developmentally appropriate for that age group. OTs help children perform daily activities they may find challenging by addressing sensory, social, behavioral, motor, and environmental issues. 

Speech therapy consists of techniques and activities aimed at improving overall communication by addressing delays and disorders in expressive/receptive language, articulation, oral motor dysfunction, apraxia of speech, social language, fluency (stuttering), feeding and swallowing, and cognitive skills.

DOTS Center, we provide pediatric speech therapy for children of all ages. Our trained speech language pathologists, or speech therapists, work closely with your toddler or child to assess their ability to speak and understand others properly before creating customized therapy sessions based on each kid’s specific speech and language goals

Special education is a kind of inclusive education. It is a specially designed education system for children who are different – socially, mentally, or physically, as compared to the average population. And, the difference is to such an extent that the children require modification in the usual teaching practices.

Special education may be needed by children with behavioral, emotional, or cognitive impairments or with intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities. Children with vision and hearing impairment or neurological disabilities too may benefit from special education. Not only this, gifted children with advanced academic abilities may also need to be imparted special education
